I know you’re super excited about growing an online platform for your ministry! (I’m excited for you, too!)
As a Cheerleader of Women in Ministry, I want to support you best, by giving you access to my personal ministry building toolkit that has helped me build a platform for my online ministry.
My hope is to give you a glimpse into what it takes to build your own ministry online, as well as to show you the kind of investments you’ll possibly need to make in order to fulfill the vision the Lord’s given you for your message and ministry.
Please know that you don’t have to use all of these tools and resources — and you definitely don’t have to use them all at once, either.
I didn’t!
(That would’ve been overwhelming.)
What I did, was make wise investments at the most opportune times and then slowly added on more tools and courses as my online ministry grew.

Paid Tools (Recurring)
ConvertKit – This is my Email Service Provider. It’s a “must-have” because you need an ESP in order to build an email list. (And No, you can’t just email your community from your Gmail account. That’s illegal. It can get you into a lot of trouble with the government.) ConvertKit now offers a free account for those with less than 1,000 subscribers. If you have more than 1,000 subscribers, you can try the 14-day free trial.
Host Duplex – This is the company where I buy all of my domain names and use for hosting my website/blog. You’ll need a service like this to do the same thing.
Shopify – (14-Day Free Trial) I use Shopify to host my boutique of products and as one of my payment processors.
TailWind – (Free Trial to publish 30 Instagram posts and 100 Pinterest pins) I use Tailwind to help when scheduling pins on Pinterest. I recommend this once you’re at the point that you want to automate some or all of your Pinterest marketing.
Canva – (30-Day Free Trial) My team and I use this service to design many of the graphics you see on my blog or on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) They do have a free version, however, it is limited with what you’re able to create.
PicMonkey – (7-Day Free Trial) I use PicMonkey off and on for quick graphic design and photo editing.
Adobe Suite – (30-Day Free Trial) My team and I use different programs from the Adobe Suite to make the printables worksheets, graphics, videos, photos, and other resources for this community. I mainly use InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop.
SproutSocial – (30-Day Free Trial) I use Sprout Social to schedule posts on social media and to be able to track my analytics.
ZenDesk – (30-Day Free Trial) I use ZenDesk for our Client Concierge Team to keep up with all the emails that come in daily. This is a “must-have” when your ministry grows to the point you need a system to organize your client care emails.
LightStock – (30-Day Free Trial) I use this company for some of my stock images.
Tasty Pins – I use this to help with Pinterest descriptions populate on Pinterest. (Paid Yearly)
Paid Tools (One-Time)
Restored 316 WordPress Themes – This is the company I use for the theme of my website/blog. It’s what makes it look pretty.
Genesis Framework – You’ll need the Genesis Framework in order for your Restored 316 to work. The goodness is if you decide to switch themes or build a new website, you can use Genesis on any blogs you own without having to repurchase!
iMark Interactive – Grayson and his team can help you one-time or on a recurring basis. He also offers a free course on Understanding WordPress!
