Here’s a POWERFUL WORD for you, as you go into your weekend…R.E.S.T.
Truly learn to rest and work from a place of rest. We are not designed to work, work, work, and work some more without recharging, rejuvenating, and refreshing ourselves. When we think we have to get that one more task done, one more item checked off the list, that one more thing…we’re actually not accomplishing much. We’re working from a place of fear – fear that if I don’t get this or that done, then everything will fall apart. (Those are lies from the pit of hell.)
Look, I know you are building a business, working to shift things for your family, replace your current income, want to pay off debt, and live a free life, but hear me on this...there’s nothing more freeing than being RESTED and REFRESHED!!
Do yourself, your family, and your business a favor and REST!! If you have to work on a few biz things this weekend, then work on them. But do this instead…set a timer for how long you’ll work, then when the timer goes off, shut everything down and turn everything off. Plug into your husband, children, pets, family, friends, and all the fun you’re missing out on.
